Calcium-Calcium Technology

This product employs advanced calcium-calcium (Ca-Ca) alloy grid technology. Compared to traditional lead-antimony alloys, we utilize calcium as the core reinforcement material for both positive and negative grid plates. This technology reduces water consumption during operation, enabling virtually maintenance-free operation throughout the battery's entire service life with minimal water replenishment. It delivers rapid starting efficiency and cooling capabilities.

Dual Extended Storage Life

This feature is specifically designed for battery storage, transportation, and the pre-deployment phase.For non-precharged batteries, storage cycles from production to activation can be significantly extended. Unactivated batteries feature dry plates, enabling longer storage without compromising final performance. For pre-charged batteries, specialized technology significantly slows the formation of lead sulfate crystals (sulfation) on plate surfaces. Sulfation is the primary cause of reduced battery capacity and premature failure. This feature ensures the battery maintains near-factory performance levels even after months of storage at warehouses or distributors, delivering optimal capability upon customer deployment.
